Starting his career in 80s, as a partner in NAG (North American Gaming), he strived hard to take gambling industry to newer heights. And it was due to his sheer determination that later in 1996, NAG teamed with Atwater Entertainment for the development of three commercial casinos in Detroit.
Although, there is lot that he has done, but he hit the headlines for legalizing gambling industry in and around America. And now Mr. Michael Malik is currently the partner of Gateway Casino Resorts L.L.C, which is working with Shinnecock Indians to develop gambling enterprise. Along with that he is successfully running projects in California, Michigan, and New York.
Today these casinos earn revenue of more than $1.3 billion per year, and the industry is regarded as one of the most profitable industry in Detroit.
